The Gazarian Real Estate Center’s spring speaker series begins with a panel on property management featuring Manco Abbott Real Estate Management from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, in the University Business Center (Room 192). Pre-registration is now open via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Manco Abbott is a property management company with clients throughout the Central Valley and Central Coast. The panel will include Michael S. Goldfarb, CEO; Adam Goldfarb, vice president for multi-family; Greg Bethke, vice president for business development; and Matt Spehhoff, senior property manager. They will address commercial and multi-family services offered by the company, its customer relations and business development and the evolution of property management. Registration and lunch will begin at 11:45 a.m., followed by the presentation. The event, the first of two planned events for the series, is supported by Central Valley Community Bank.
