Ethics director Fiala part of FCC panel on presidential power Sept. 28

Dr. Andrew Fiala, chair of Fresno State’s Philosophy Department and director of the university’s Ethics Center, will be a panelist examining “What are the Powers of the President? What Makes Someone Fit to be President?” at Fresno City College 7 to 9 p.m. today (Sept. 28) in the Old Administration Building, Room 251.
