Dr. Melinda Hall, assistant professor of philosophy at Stetson University, will present ideas from her forthcoming book, “The Bioethics of Enhancement: Transhumanism, Disability and Biopolitics” from 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at the Alice Peters Auditorium in the Peters Business Building. She will discuss how transhumanists imagine a new world of human possibility through biotechnological enhancement as well as the implications for disabled people and for bioethics.
