Caroling for Cans to benefit Fresno State Student Cupboard

The ninth annual Caroling for Cans campaign led by the Associated Students, Inc. is underway to collect non-perishable food and hygiene items that will benefit the Fresno State Student Cupboard.

The drive to combat food insecurity on campus over the holiday season launched Nov. 28 and culminates at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, when student-athletes and leaders will visit various campus offices to sing holiday carols as a thank you for participating in the drive.

Donations are being accepted at four drop-sites on campus: the Joyal Building North Lobby (Room 224), The Kremen Building (rooms 100 and 130), the University Police Department on Barstow Avenue and the main level of the Kennel Bookstore. Staff and faculty are encouraged to contribute to the collection within their respective offices.

Volunteers wishing to participate in the caroling and can collection should meet at the Student Cupboard in the Industrial Technology Building (Room 144) at 9 a.m. and are encouraged to wear holiday attire.
