Air Force ROTC change of command Dec. 6

Fresno State AFROTC Det. 35 — Fall 2016 under Cadet Wing Commander Donald King.

The Fresno State Air Force ROTC Detachment 35 will install a new cadet wing commander during its Change of Command Parade from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, at Bulldog Stadium.

The ceremony is held at the end of each semester to announce who will lead over 50 cadets as well as appoint them to leadership positions for the following semester. It will feature a presentation of the colors and awards to recognize current cadets for their work.

The outgoing fall semester wing commander is Donald King, a business administration major from Lemoore.

Cadet wing commanders, who serve a one semester term, are selected by the Air Force officers who are faculty in the Department of Aerospace Studies in the Craig School of Business.
