Fresno State students Pazong Vang and Benjamin Granholm were selected for the 2016-17 class of the Capital Fellows Program in Sacramento. Vang, a political science major, is now serving as a fellow in the Judicial Administration Fellowship Program and Granholm, an agricultural education and business major, is among the California Senate Fellows. The Center for Californian Studies at California State University, Sacramento, administers the program. Fellows work 10 to 11 months as full-time staff and assist state legislators, court administrators and senior level executive staff. The fellows also gain experience in policymaking, program development and program implementation. The deadline to apply for the 2017-18 fellowship is Feb. 13. INFO: Claire A.
