The Frescon gathering for comic book and video game fans and cosplay enthusiasts will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 1 and 2 at the North Gym (Room 118). Fans are encouraged to cosplay as their favorite characters. The event will feature a cosplay contest, video game tournaments and panel discussions and workshops hosted by Fresno State professors. Frescon launched in 2015 to invite community members to learn about “geek culture.” The event is free and open to the public.
