Dr. Brenda E. Stevenson of the University of California, Los Angeles will discuss “Images of Diverse

20th Century Urban America” from 6- 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, in the Peters Education Center Auditorium (Shaw and Woodrow). Stevenson is the Nickoll Family Endowed Professor of History and Professor of African American Studies at UCLA. Her areas of expertise include women’s history, the American South, African American history and family history. The event is sponsored by Fresno State’s Africana Studies program.
