The Henry Madden Library at Fresno State continues the eighth season of its Noontime Concert Series with a free, public performance by Chika Inoue (saxophone) and Mary Au (piano) at 12:10 p.m. Friday, March 17, in the library’s Leon S. Peters Ellipse Gallery. The duo will perform “Japanese American Incarceration 1942-1946” and will feature the Madden Library’s 1876 Centennial Steinway grand piano. Dr. Corey Whitehead of Fresno State’s Department of Music is the artistic director and coordinator for the Noontime Concert Series. Seating is limited.
