Jim Sanders, vice president of development at Paynter Reality & Investments, and Matt Graham, president of Graham & Associates, will discuss “The Future of Retail Real Estate in the Central Valley and Market Activity in the Visalia Commercial Real Estate Market” at the next installment of the Gazarian Real Estate Center’s spring speaker series from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, at the Fresno State Visalia Campus building at College of the Sequoias. Sanders is the vice president of development for Paynter Reality & Investments, where he has helped develop over 850,000 square feet of retail shopping centers. Graham worked at H.R.
