About 50 high school students from throughout Fresno Unified School District will participate in the second annual Sports Science Camp, 10 a.m. – noon and 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. Monday, June 12 to Friday, June 16, at the South Gym on the Fresno State campus. Through hands-on activities and lessons, participants will learn about the Kinesiology major and its four option areas – sport psychology, exercise science, athletic training and physical education. The camp is hosted by the Department of Kinesiology and the Central California Sports Sciences Institute at Fresno State, in partnership with Fresno Unified.
