Nursing students from Fresno State’s California Nursing Students’ Association will be joined by the Fresno State Diabetes Coalition and athletic training students to provide “Health on Wheels” at the Fresno Fairgrounds Swap Meet (1121 S. Chance Ave.) from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 10. The event is in partnership with the Fresno State School of Nursing’s Community Health Mobile Unit, which provides access to affordable health care for Central Valley communities, while also providing hands-on training for students in the allied health fields.
