The Fresno State Community Health Mobile Unit will be at Dunlap Elementary (39667 Dunlap Rd.) for the Fresno County Economic Development Corporation/Fresno Energy Watch from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 28. Residents can receive diabetes and blood pressure screenings, plus health assessments, education and referrals. Free flu shots, for ages 4 and up, are available — limited to the first 50 individuals. The unit, coordinated by Fresno State nursing faculty and students, will travel to various rural communities in Fresno County this year, offering free health services to those who do not have readily available access to health care.
