The Mariachi Espectacular 2017 will be at 3 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 12, in the Fresno State Concert Hall. The Fresno State Mariachi will perform along with Bullard Talent Mariachi, Roosevelt High School Mariachi and Kerman High School Mariachi. The event is free and open to the public.
