Viticulture and enology students will bottle Fresno State Tailgate Red wine and Chardonnay white wine from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, at the Fresno State Winery (2360 East Barstow Ave). Campus winemaker Tom Montgomery will oversee the process that features two of the winery’s most popular products with the Tailgate Red blended with Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petite Sirah grapes. Thursday is the lone bottling day this semester at the campus winery, and students are expected to process about 1,100 cases.
