Dr. Jenny Banh, assistant professor in the Anthropology Department at Fresno State, will present an interactive dialogue with a talk titled “The Road to South East Asian American Success” from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 1, at the Peters Building (Room 102).
The event will also include a talk by Dr. Marcus Shaw, assistant professor in the Criminology Department, who will speak on “Parental Incarceration and Intergenerational Demobilization.” Both talks are the last of three series presented by the College of Social Sciences in the spring semester. COSS Talks began in an effort to showcase the work faculty are doing with interesting topics.
