Fresno State ranked in the top third – 90 out of 300 – in Forbes’ “America’s Best Value Colleges 2019 survey, which rates students’ return on investment. Fresno State moved up 14 spots, from 104 in last year’s ranking. Fresno State has been recognized in several national university rankings in recent years, including those compiled by Washington Monthly, U.S. News and World Report and Money magazine.
According to Forbes, the Best Value Colleges rankings focus on highlighting schools with “the highest quality and best financial outcomes” using data from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard and PayScale.
