Business Center events. Also, interim director Emil Milevoj will provide an update of events that the UBC is planning in the near future.

Backgrnd: Craig School graduate programs will show their appreciation to companies, organizations and MBA alumni that collaborated in student consulting projects for the past several years. Here are a few examples of the companies, students and projects being showcased:

Guardian Industries /Martin Bergman (alum), Jeff Booey (plant manager); location of a flat glass manufacturing facility in the Middle East

BMW Motorcycles of Fresno/ /Benjamin Schuster, Travis Seymore, Flavia Takahashi-Flores, Kathleen Walsh; marketing strategy for a motorcycle dealership

Community Medical/Dominick Dizon, M.D. (alum); a fellowship program for Community Medical Center

Pacific Ethanol /Bryan Turner (alum); public offering of stock (IPO) for Pacific Ethanol

Contractors Portal/James Gulke (alum and owner)

The above is only a handful of the many consulting projects that Craig MBA students have been involved with over several years. These projects are part of their culminating experience and have proven to be critical for the students’ learning.

Besides the above projects we are also showcasing the Craig Internships Program (Debbie Young, director), in particular Ulbrich of California, Inc., which has had hired many of our MBA students for internships to work in Fresno and Southeast Asia.
