Paws of the Past' May 12 to bring Fresno State Mass Communication and Journalism alumni together

The newly-formed Mass Communication and Journalism Alumni and Friends Chapter will host its first official event, “Paws of the Past,” on Friday, May 12, from 5 to 8 p.m. at California State University, Fresno.

The event, which is free, will be held on the lawn east of the Music Building (2380 East Keats Ave.).

The evening will include wine tasting, appetizers, jazz and displays of student work and tours of the new offices of the student newspaper, The Collegian, and the campus radio and television stations.

A performance by the Fresno State Dance Troupe will also be featured as well as special appearances by Fresno State student-athletes and cheerleaders.
