Promo for Disney, Brer Rabbit IIAnimator Chuck Harvey, whose work includes the films “Robin Hood,” “Pete’s Dragon” and “The Little Mermaid,” will lecture at 7 p.m., July 2, at the Wahlberg Recital Hall in the Music Building at California State University, Fresno.

Harvey is a guest artist and instructor in the CSU Summer Arts program, hosted by Fresno State for the 11th consecutive year. In addition to movies, Harvey’s credits include TV commercials and illustrated books.

Tickets are $7-$10 and may be purchased noon-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Saturday-Sunday at the Fresno State Box Office in the Speech Arts Building, online at www.csusummerarts.org or by phone at 559.278-5109.

CSU Summer Arts is a month-long program of courses taught by guest artists, who also offer public performances, lectures and presentations. The series is in its 24th season.
