Sherwood Clements from Georgia State University, will discuss “The Valuation of Agricultural Land” at 3:30 p.m. (registration at 3:15 p.m.) Monday, May 3, for California State University, Fresno’s Arnold and Dianne Gazarian Real Estate Center.

His presentation will be at University Business Center Room 192. It is free and open to the public.

Clement, who teaches in GSU’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, will discuss his research on the estimated value of farmland related to predicted income from a variety of commodities

The Gazarian Real Estate Center, housed within the Craig School of Business at Fresno State, was established by a $1.5 million gift from the Gazarians to be a resource for the real estate industry in the central San Joaquin Valley.
