Fresno State students, faculty, staff and nonprofit community partners will be honored at the annual Service Recognition Reception 5-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, for their commitment to community engagement. The Student Volunteer of the Year will be announced during the event hosted by university President John D. Welty at University House (4411 N. Van Ness Blvd.) in Fresno).
