University President John D. Welty ordered flags at Fresno State lowered to half staff in memory of those who died in the violence Sunday at a Sikh temple in Oak Creek, Wis.
Fresno State will follow President Obama’s declaration that the flags remain lowered until sunset Friday, Aug. 10.
