The Save Mart Center is advising motorists about the potential for heavy traffic around the Save Mart center from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, for the Justin Bieber concert. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the concert begins at 7. Concert goers are encouraged to arrive early to avoid delays and other motorists may want to change their route at those times to avoid congestion anticipated on Shaw, Chestnut and Woodrow avenues that could also affect other roads on the Fresno State campus.
