Nearly 350 freshmen college students compete in the 16th annual Central California Engineering Design Challenge Saturday, Oct.27, at the Animal Science Pavilion at Fresno State. Hosted by Fresno State’s Lyles College of Engineering, the event is free and open to the public and features a design competition for an accurate golf ball.
