Fresno State will observe National Public Health Week April 1-5 with a luncheon noon-1 p.m. Thursday, April 4, at the Viticulture and Enology Conference Room in the VERC Building (2360 E. Barstow Ave.). This year’s theme, “Public Health is ROI: Save Lives, Save Money,” will highlight the value of prevention and the importance of well-supported public health systems in preventing disease, saving lives and curbing health care spending.
