The San Joaquin Valley Housing Collaborative endorsed the California Homes and Jobs Act (SB 391), joining local partners in a statewide coalition to support the legislation. The bill, authored by Sen. Mark DeSaulnier (D-Concord) will create permanent, ongoing sources of funding dedicated to affordable housing development in California.
