Granville Homes broke ground today on its ninth annual Granville Home of Hope that will be raffled to raise funds for eight local non-profits, including Renaissance Scholars at Fresno State. Since 2006, the Granville Home of Hope foundation has raised more than $2.7 million dollars. This year Granville will raffle a 1,301-square-foot Cottage, one-floor-plan home located in the Copper River Ranch community. The home, which is in the Clovis Unified School District, features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, granite countertops, a full alarm system, wood plank tile floors and Granville Eco-Smart technology. There will be a cap on the number of tickets sold: 5,000 tickets at $100 each. The Grand Prize winner will have the option to choose the home or $100,000 cash. Also, Granville Homes is currently accepting additional prize donations for the 2014 fundraiser. INFO: Brittany Conrad at 559.440.8392 or BConrad@gvhomes.com.
