The Ethics Center at Fresno State will screen the film “Walking in Oak Creek” as part of its fall lecture series from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29 in the Alice Peters Auditorium (Peters Business Building). The documentary examines community healing in the wake of the hate crime shootings on Aug. 5, 2012 at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin. Simran Kaur, western region director of the Sikh Coalition, will lead a discussion following the film. The event is free and open to the public.
