Fresno County Superior Court Judge David Gottlieb will be the keynote speaker at the Human Rights Day conference from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at Fresno State (North Gym, Room 118). The judge, who will speak at 11 a.m., will be joined by other community leaders including Fresno State President Joseph I. Castro delivering the welcome at 9:40 a.m. and Fresno Unified Superintendent of Schools Jim Yovino at 1:25 p.m. The Human Rights Coalition of the Central Valley  presents the event, “Bullying – A Human Rights Violation Against Freedom, Equality, Dignity and Respect!,  in partnership with the Fresno County Office of Education to commemorate Human Rights Day, which is observed annually on Dec.10. Parking is free on weekends (Lot P24 is nearest). There will also be two panels.
