Eric Hipple, author of Real Men Do Cry,” will speak from 3-4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 28 in the Satellite Student Union at Fresno State as part of National Mental Health Awareness Month now underway. The book discusses his football career, bouts with depression and surviving his son’s suicide. Hipple is the outreach coordinator for the Depression Center at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
