Save the date: STEM conference for girls in grades 6-12 Nov. 7

The Fresno County Office of Education will host the Expanding Your Horizons Conference, sponsored by the Downing Planetarium, from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7. The conference is to motivate young women in grades 6-12 in the areas of science and mathematics. Teachers are also invited to participate in the conference. Sessions will be led by local women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). Registration information can be viewed at http://fresno.k12oms.org/141-98306.
