The Fresno State School of Nursing Community Health Mobile Unit will stop at the Reedley Community Center (100 N. East Ave) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 13, to provide free health services to residents. They can receive immunizations, diabetes and blood pressure screenings, plus health assessments, education and referrals. The unit, coordinated by Fresno State nursing faculty and students, will travel to various rural communities in Fresno County for the next two years, offering free health services to those who do not have readily available access to health care.
