Fresno State President Joseph I. Castro has directed that the University’s U.S. and California flags be flown at half-staff on Oct. 23 in memory of Dr. Paulette Fleming, professor in the Department of Art and Design. A viewing will be from 4–8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at the Jesse E. Cooley Funeral Home in Fresno (1830 S. Fruit Ave.).
