Stephen Peterson, director at Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC in Fresno, will discuss “Public-Private Partnerships and Real Estate” from noon- 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, in the University Business Center (Room 192). The talk is part of the Gazarian Real Estate Center Speaker Series. Peterson, who has more than 10 years of experience in public-private partnership feasibility analysis and transactions advisory, provides financial and market feasibility, valuation and appraisal, acquisition due diligence, financial analysis and restructuring services to institutional real estate investors and public entities.
