Two iconic groups that helped define the “San Francisco sound,” Journey and the Doobie Brothers, will perform at the Save Mart Center at Fresno State on Aug. 28 with special guest Dave Mason. Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5. The show is part of the new “San Francisco Fest 2016” tour that launches May 12 in Irvine with concerts scheduled through Aug. 30. A limited number of VIP packages will be available and will include premium tickets, a pre-show party and exclusive merchandise.
