President Joseph I. Castro has ordered that the University’s flags be lowered to half-staff at noon today and be posted as such daily through Dec. 7 in support of a proclamation issued by President Barack Obama to honor the victims of the San Bernardino attacks on Dec. 2. The order will be in effect at all three flag installations on campus (Veterans Monument by Thomas Building, Save Mart Center and North Gym) and Fresno State athletic venues where feasible.
