A $2,500 tuition stipend for the fall 2016 semester will be awarded to one lucky Fresno State student at tonight’s season finale for the Fresno State men’s basketball team. The promotion is part of an effort to draw a big student section as the Bulldogs, 15-2  at home, faceoff against Colorado State. Tip-Off is 8 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. The award is in partnership with Office Depot/Office Max. To be eligible for the drawing, students must download the official Red Wave Rewards App and use the student entrance at the Save Mart Center for automatic entry. The big winner will be announced during the second half. Today’s game is a Black Out, with fans encouraged to wear black. While Fresno State students get in free to all games, for this last game they can also bring a one free guest. Tickets can be picked up at the USU or on game night at the student entrance (west side) with valid ID. An NFL autograph session will take place until 7:15 p.m. on the south side of the arena, with a chance to win free football season tickets at half-time. Break the Barriers will be performing at half-time for its 30th consecutive year. Also, parking is free for this final game, courtesy of the Office Depot and the University.
