Fresno State’s Associated Students, Inc. will host a new event, Senate Showcase, at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, in the Residence Dining Hall. The event will highlight the work that each senator has done for their constituents throughout their yearlong term. Eight senators are appointed to represent their respective college at the University. Nicholas Stephens, executive vice president of ASI, said, “The work that the ASI Senators put in over the course of the year is very important because it ensures the student voice is heard. The Senate Showcase is an opportunity for the senators to show the campus community what goes on behind the scenes. Students, staff and faculty are encouraged to attend the event.
