Regional Mexican superstars El Coyote and Pancho Barraza will be guest performers for Julión Álvarez’s concert at the Save Mart Center at 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20. Sinaloense musician El Coyote (José Angel Ledezma Quintero) has performed with Banda Tierra Santa since 1997. Pancho Barraza (Francisco Javier Barraza Rodriguez) of Sinaloa, performed with Banda Los Recoditos before releasing his solo debut “Mis Canciones De Amor” in 1995. Álvarez y su Norteño Band’s performance in Fresno will be the final show of the United States segment of his “Mis Idolos … Hoy Mis Amigos Tour.” The Latin Grammy nominee earned his third No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart this month with the album “Mis Idolos, Hoy Mis Amigos.” He won three Billboard Latin Music Awards previously, and in 2016 he received the Latin Billboard award in the Regional Mexican Albums Artists of the Year, duo or group category.
