The Maddy Report “California Establishes Nation’s (Maximum) Minimum Wage: Economic Boom or Bust?” will air at 10 a.m. Sunday, July 17 on ABC 30. The 30-minute program is hosted by Mark J. Keppler, executive director of the Maddy Institute. At 10 a.m., The Maddy Report – Valley Views Edition “Keeping Up with the Joneses: Can the Valley Afford a Higher Minimum Wage?” will air an hour-long broadcast on Newstalk 580 and 105.9 KMJ radio. Keppler will also host the show. The Spanish language version of the weekly report, El Informe Maddy Report: “Poverty in California,” will air at 11 a.m. on Univision 21 and UniMas 61. The show is hosted by Ana Melendez, deputy director of the Maddy Institute. The Maddy Report programs cover how state and federal policy impact California and the San Joaquin Valley.
