U.S. Rep. Loretta Sanchez of Orange County will speak to the Fresno State Democrats, a student club, at 5 p.m. today (Sept. 7) in McLane Hall (Room 229). The congresswoman from Los Angeles is making a campaign stop in her bid for a U.S. Senate seat. She’s opposing fellow Democrat Kamala Harris, California Attorney General. Sanchez seeks the club’s endorsement, said club president Andrew Dadasovich, and she will discuss her position and plans for California with the students.
