Fresno Community Chorus’ Coro Piccolo will perform Camille Saint-Saëns’ “Oratorio de Noël” and other Christmas carols for its holiday concert “And Suddenly with the Angels” at 2:30 p.m. and at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, at St. Anne’s Chapel at San Joaquin Memorial High School (1406 N.
