Fresno State’s Ag Ambassador students will welcome World Ag Expo travelers this weekend at the Fresno Yosemite International Airport baggage claim information booth from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 11 and 12. The students, from Fresno State’s Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, will also host an expo information booth at the Tulare event all day Tuesday to Thursday, Feb. 14 to 16 in the Ag Careers and Education/World Ag Women Pavilion (booths 7002 and 7003). Fresno State President Joseph I. Castro will join Jordan College Dean Sandra Witte and others that day. The world’s largest ag expo welcomed more than 106,000 visitors from 47 states and 79 countries last year as 1,500 exhibitors showcased the latest in farm equipment and technology on 2.6 million square feet.
