CineCulture will present “Columbus” at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, at the Peters Education Center Auditorium at the Student Recreation Center (5010 N. Woodrow Ave.). Producer Andrew Miano will lead the post-screening discussion. When a renowned architecture scholar falls suddenly ill during a speaking tour, his son Jin (John Cho) finds himself stranded in Columbus, Indiana — a small Midwestern city celebrated for its many significant modernist buildings. This presentation is sponsored by Darden Architects. “Columbus” is an hour and 44 minutes in length, in English and Korean with English subtitles. The full spring screening lineup will be announced soon. All CineCulture events screened on campus are free and open to the public. Parking is free after 4 p.m. on Fridays. INFO: Dr. Mary Husain at mhusain@csufresno.edu.
