Students in the College of Health and Human Services Honors Program at Fresno State partnered with the Valley Dream Center and the Christian Medical Dental Association to provide free medical and dental services to the community from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at the Valley Dream Center (1835 N. Winery) in Fresno. The “Healthy Neighbors Day” event will connect individuals with local resources, health services, wellness activities and a kids zone. The Fresno State Community Health Mobile Unit will also be on hand to provide free flu shots, health screenings, diabetes screenings and more.
