Fresno State’s Neum Native American Student Association will host its 31st annual Fresno State “We Are Still Here” Powwow beginning at 5 p.m. Friday, May 4 through May 6, in the Fresno State’s Maple Mall located off Shaw and Maple avenues. The event celebrates the people and ancestors from across the country. Master of ceremonies Frankie Williams, Tule River Yokut, Wukchumni, will lead the ceremony. Food vendors, cultural displays, arts and crafts and a dance contest will be featured. All dancers and drummers are welcome. Attendees are advised to bring their own chairs.
