The Richter Center for Community Engagement and Service-Learning at Fresno State will present the 26th annual fall Community Service Opportunities Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, on the grass area in front of the Kennel Bookstore. The event is designed to provide students, staff and faculty with an opportunity to gain information on dozens of community benefit organizations and hundreds of community service-learning opportunities. Over 70 agencies will be present to share information about volunteer opportunities in our community. Attendees will be able to personally shop the agencies to learn more about the organizations’ services as well as volunteer opportunities that are available. The event is sponsored by Outgood.
