CineCulture will present “RBG” at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26 at the Peters Education Center Auditorium in the Student Recreation Center.

At the age of 85, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has developed a lengthy legal legacy while becoming an unexpected pop-culture icon. But the unique personal journey of her rise to the nation’s highest court has been largely unknown, even to some of her biggest fans – until now.

“RBG,” directed and produced by Betsy West and Julie Cohen, explores Ginsburg’s amazing life and long legal career. Attorney, author and professor Donna Schuele will direct a discussion following the film.

The screening is sponsored by the Jewish Studies Program, Jewish Studies Association and Center for Creativity and the Arts. Parking is free after 4 p.m. on Fridays. CineCulture is a film series provided as a service to Fresno State students, faculty and staff and the community.
