The community is invited as the Fresno State Wind Orchestra and the Fresno Pacific University Wind Ensemble perform at the 40th annual Dr. Lawrence R. Sutherland Wind Festival Gala Concert at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 16, in the Fresno State Concert Hall.
The joint ensembles will perform under the batons of conductors Dr. Eric Leung, assistant professor of music at Fresno Pacific, and Dr. Gary P. Gilroy, professor of music at Fresno State. Tickets are $15 for general admission, $10 for faculty and staff, $10 for seniors and $5 for students with ID. Reservations are encouraged. Parking is free in lot P1.
